In the webinar ‘Cosmetic quality seals: Consumer expectations and purchasing decisions’ Marianne Brandt and Lorena Bechthold present the impact of Quality seals on the behavior of the consumer.
The aim of this webinar is to provide the participants with a brief overview about the importance of seals on products, their regulations as well as their interaction of cosmetic claims, endorsements and seals.
We will also illustrate how quality seals affect the buying behavior of the consumer at the point of sale. This part of the webinar will be based on a survey we have conducted recently.
The webinar will take approximately 45 minutes and will end with a Q&A session.
